All sales are final. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@endlesscrimson.com
SHIPPPING
Standard orders are shipped within 1-4 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description. If an item is a preorder, it will be stated in the product description.
Lost Packages:
EndlessCrimson assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or delayed packages during the delivery process. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and ensuring timely receipt on the expected delivery date. Any inquiries or issues regarding orders after shipment should be directed to the carrier.
Returned Packages:
We do not take responsibility if your order is returned by the courier. Please get in touch with us upon the return. While original shipping fees are non-refundable, we may be able to facilitate a reshipment for you.
